1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the takabet platform and all services provided under it. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user ("you" or "member") and takabet. By accessing or continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms in full.

takabet is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving Bangladeshi users. All products, games, promotions and services available on the platform are covered by these Terms. takabet reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time, and the updated Terms will be published on the platform after each change.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account on takabet, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a real person and register the account in your own name.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete.
• Each person may operate only one account.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. You are strongly advised not to share your password with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify takabet immediately. takabet will not be held responsible for any transactions or activities caused by a third party.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

After registration or before processing a withdrawal, takabet may request that you verify your identity. This process may require submitting documents such as a national identity card, passport or birth certificate. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete.

3 Age Verification

takabet strictly does not provide services to anyone under the age of 21. You are required to state your age accurately at the time of registration. If it is later proven that a member opened an account while under 21, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions during that period will be considered void.

takabet reserves the right to request documents proving age at any time and to temporarily suspend an account if the required documents are not provided.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on takabet is ৳100. Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Deposits can be made through any of these methods and funds will be credited to the account after a successful deposit.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The same methods can be used for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks). Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.

If identity verification has not been completed at the time of withdrawal, the request may not be processed. takabet will only send withdrawals to the payment account from which the deposit was made or which has been verified.

4.3 Transaction Security

5 Bonus Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

takabet offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — meaning a total wagering of ৳22,500 is required for a ৳1,500 bonus.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• The bonus can only be claimed once and is non-transferable.
• The bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Winnings from bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• takabet reserves the right to cancel a bonus under special circumstances if any irregularity is detected.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Members of the takabet VIP programme receive weekly cashback based on their tier. Five tiers from Bronze to Diamond offer weekly cashback of 0.2%, 0.5%, 0.7%, 1.0% and 1.2% respectively. For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140. Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

Every bet placed on takabet is settled according to specific rules. A bet must be confirmed by the system before it is counted as valid. takabet reserves the right to void any bet that was entered incorrectly due to a technical error.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change at any time before an event begins. The odds applicable at the moment a bet is placed are considered final. In live betting, odds may change at any moment and takabet is not responsible for any discrepancy caused by network delays.

6.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a cricket or football match is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, bets on that match will be settled in accordance with takabet's prevailing policy. For live bets, settlement may be based on the current score of the match.

6.4 Casino Games

The rules for slots, live casino, Teen Patti and other games follow the guidelines of the respective game provider. If a technical issue occurs during a game, the outcome of the affected round will be determined based on recoverable data.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and if detected, the account will be closed immediately:

• Operating multiple accounts or opening new accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or using software errors or bugs to gain unfair advantages.
• Conducting fraudulent odds arbitrage or bonus arbitrage activities.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or engaging in money laundering activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
• Impersonating takabet staff or making contact under a false identity.
• Hateful, offensive or harassing behaviour within the community.

For any of the above violations, takabet reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the associated balance and winnings.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may contact the support team at any time to close your account. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your available balance before the account is closed, however any bonus with an unmet wagering requirement will be cancelled.

8.2 Closure or Suspension at takabet's Initiative

takabet may close or temporarily suspend an account in the following situations:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• If required for technical reasons or to address a security risk.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.

9 Privacy of Information

• Service disruption by third-party payment providers.

• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Changes to the service made due to legal obligations.

In no case will takabet's total liability exceed the current balance held in the relevant account.

11 Responsible Gambling Policy
